Insurance:
It is very important that every foreign pilot ensures that his insurance covers at this event!
At check-in these papers will have to be checked.
No insurance - No flying!

There is NO entry fee.

The Field:
The site of the event is held at Sønderborg Modelflying Club. It's situated in the southern part of Denmark.
There is only 40 km from the Danish border to Germany, to The Pitchbrothers Smackdown 2009.
There is about 200 km from Hamburg Airport to the field.

Accommodation:
It is posible to camp at the field. There is electricity, baths and toilets at the camp-site next to the field.
Caravans, tents, open air-camping is welcome.
There is a small fee for camping, and that is 25,- Danish kr. pr. person per night.
This is approx. 3.5€ pr night.
Is the city of Sønderborg, there is several hotels and hostels. These can be found by using the link below.

Food and Drinks:
There will be food and drinks available all day, every day.
The barbeque is on all day long, and there will typical Danish sausages on it.
There will be arranged breakfast on friday, saturday and sunday.
The price for breakfast is:
25,- Danish kr. pr day
3.5€ pr day.
There will be arranged dinner on friday and saturday. This will be prepared on the barbeque, and there will be something that everyone likes.
The price for dinner is:
75,- Danish kr. pr day.
10€ pr day.
To be able to use this service from the club, we need to have your name and email, latest 1th of may 2009!
