Pilot Fee

The pilot fee is required for all, that want to participate in The Pitchbrothers Smackdown 2010.

If you register more the one person, please send an email with all names to: smackdown@thepitchbrothers.com

15€ or 100 Danish kr.

The pre-payment of the pilot-fee opens access to following:

• The Smackdown event
• The flight-line
• The party-tent with heating
• Toilet and bath trailers
• Camp-area
• 230 Volts for charging batteries
• Smackdown Raffle

Camping Fee

If you camp at the event then you have pre-pay 7 € or 50,00 Danish kr per person for the entire event.

You can not book a camp-site if you do not pay a pilot fee!!

This fee includes following:

• 230V for lights
• Running tap water at the club-house
• Toilets and bath at the club-house

If you do not pre-pay, we can not guarentee that there will be room for your tent or caravan at the event-site.

And the camping-fee will then be 7€ or 50,00 Danish kr per day per person

Remember to bring your own tent, caravan, sleeping bag.... whatever you need too sleep at the field.

Dinner Friday

By pre-ordering for dinner, you will be guarenteed that there is good warm food for you on Friday the 7 th at 19.00PM

The dinner will be served in the party tent.

If you do not pre-order, then we can not guarentee that there will be dinner for you on friday at 19.00 PM

• Lasange with salat and bread

Breakfast Saturday

Breakfast will be served in the party-tent, at 9 - 10 AM, and is only for those who pre-order.

Breakfast includes:

• Danish breakfast roll
• Butter
• Cheese
• Cold meat for the bread
• Strawberry and raspberry jam
• Coffee
• Juice

If you do not pre-order then we can not guarentee that there will be breakfast for you.

Smackdown Buffet - Saturday

By pre-ordering for the Smackdown Buffet, you will be guarenteed that there is a ticket for you the event.

The Smackdown buffet will be served in the party tent at 19 PM.

If you do not pre-order, then we can not guarentee that there will be a seat or food for you at the Smackdown Buffet.

Menu:

Buffet with lots of good meat and fun.
