This years summer holiday was held in Europe. Christian and I (Krunder) drove to Zürich - to "The Swiss Helichallenge". It was a well organized event held on a fullsize military airfield, Hugo had arranged a hangar for helis and pilots a nice grass field to fly on. There was some very impressive scale models and very fast helis who competed at the speedcup.
We stayed a couple of days in Switzerland, we had a look around and visited Hugos shop: http://www.modellsport.ch/
After Switzerland we continued to France, we planed to stay at http://www.rotorclubalpin.fr/ for a couple of days, but we had such a great time that we ended up staying there for nearly a week - celebrating the Bastille Day with Romain and Cyril, Great fun :)
Here is a video of me crashing my Fistlocity 50 :)
Our main destination for our trip was Holland more precise The 3D Funfly. We arrived early and helped out at the field, putting up the safety fence, and testing the tap beer :) We stayed a couple of nights at Lee and Berthas place - Thanks a lot for you hospitality :)
Saturday we checked out 3DMasters. It was held in Venlos new fullsize airport. It was a big open area with no trees and a tarmac runway. Not much to have fun with for the pilots. I spend most of the time catching up with old friends so I didn't see much flying.
The real action started Sunday evening. It was raining so the bar was busy. The pilots arrived - Team Miniature Aircraft, Team Fastlad, Team Elyq and Team AlpineHeliSmackdown to name a few :) There was a lot of fun going on - It will be to long story to describe it to you. Tread yourself with a big adventure and go to these events. This is very the real fun is :)

The 15th and 16th of June Christian, Bendt and Sebatian Duus and me (Krunder) made the trip to Weston Park in UK near Birmingham. The trip there was SHIT, said in a nice way. A cancelled flight in Copenhagen, thank you SAS, delayed our arrival in Weston park with 12hrs - so we missed the funfly that was held Friday :(
Weston Park has a long tradition as an international model airshow, and there was hundreds of campers planes and pilots. Here is a video of the very impresive Me 262.
